Rowdy Piper
A generous Chinook dry-hopped IPA gives Rowdy Piper a slightly citrus nose while the malt-forward flavour profile gives this beer a balanced smooth finish.
Mushers Malt
A flavourful, malt-focused beer with hints of nuttiness, biscuit, and caramel. One of our highest-rated craft beers, Mushers Malt offers an overall gentle malt sweetness to create a well-balanced beer. This brew is an amber to reddish-brown colour with a moderate off-white to light tan head.
Honey I’m Home
Each sip brings out refreshing subtle notes of honey, crème brûlée, and caramel. Amarillo hops are used to create an enjoyably smooth craft Wheat Beer. Enjoy this brew year-round; a perfect gift for any craft beer lover.
Buckshot
Our Buckshot Lager is handcrafted using traditional techniques to produce a clean beer with a dry finish. This sessionable craft lager is a crowd-pleaser that will attract craft and non-craft beer drinkers alike.
Scottish Ale
A classic pale ale taste with undertones of caramel, nuts, and anise. Scottish Ale is made in the style of older Scottish brews. We use an Edinburgh Ale yeast strain which is imported directly from the United Kingdom.
Hoparoo
Our single dry-hopped IPA pays homage to Australia and is brewed with a blend of 3 different Aussie hops. This ripper IPA has the aroma and flavours of citrus and tropical fruit. Fair dinkum!
Blacksmith
The complexity of our English Smoked Porter-style beer comes from a careful selection of dark malts. Without the usual bitter aftertaste of a dark beer, the smooth texture and long finish bring welcoming hints of coffee, caramel, and chocolate flavours. We’ve brewed this beauty to ensure it isn’t too rich or overpowering.
Bob’s Your Dunkel
This Munich-style dark lager has a smooth malty flavour with aromas of caramel, dark chocolate, and lightly roasted coffee.
North Portal
A smooth yet crisp ale that brings refreshing notes upon its first sip followed by a mellow malt flavour. This brew is a great choice if you’re not into “hoppy” craft beer and can be enjoyed amongst almost every beer drinker out there!
